All thread is used for general purpose fastening for anything from an anchor bolt to a through bolt. A variety of grades and materials are available including stainless steel.
For high strength fasteners, one cannot simply substitute all thread rod for a headed bolt without a significant loss in strength. To learn why you may assume a tremendous amount of liability by making such a substitution, give us a call.
Portland Bolt will cut stock all thread rod to your specified lengths. The processed rods are provided either plain finish or can be run through our galvanizing line. If you need all thread rod in a different grade or rod that is larger in diameter or longer than listed above, Portland Bolt will produce to meet your requirements.
